Jon Ingham's current book is on the development of social capital (the value of an organization’s connections, relationships and conversations): 
The SociaI Organization: Developing Employee Connections and Relationships for Improved Business Performance (2017), Kogan Page.

Jon conducts research and writes articles for HR teams, solution providers and research / media firms.  In recent years this has included SAP, Personnel Today and the Economist Intelligence Unit.

Jon Ingham's blog, Strategic HCM, is one of Europe’s leading HR blogs, Strategic HCM, recognized by the Economist Intelligence Unit as their sole social media partner at the Economist’s Talent Management Summit in London in 2011-2016.

Jon is the author of Strategic Human Capital Management: Creating Value through People (2006).

He wrote Innovating Reward as a Strategic Contributor to Talent Management (Published as Chapter 8 in Talent Management Handbook, ATD, 2016)
