Above the (AI) Line HR
If you've come across above the line marketing, this has nothing to do with that, although to an extent there is a link in that strategic HR focuses on general approaches and environment whereas specific tailoring is generally performed mainly by line managers.
There is also an existing concept of above the line HR which relates to being open, curious, accountable, etc. We support the need for all these things.
However, the concept we're most focused on is that of above the API or the AI, meaning attention on the things automation and AI can't handle - which now need to be the basis for human work in organisations.
