Background and Approach
Jon has provided open training for HR practitioners through several organisations, all around the world, most notably Black and White / Symposium in the UK, and HR Magazine in Singapore.
During the pandemic he set up a digital academy, featuring courses and small cohort study groups, but this suffered a major technology glitch in early 2026 and has now been taken down.
