​Jon Ingham previously worked as Director of Human Capital Consulting, Europe for Buck Consultants / ACS (Xerox); Head of HR Consulting for Penna and HR Director for Ernst & Young (working firstly in the UK, and then, based in Moscow covering the former USSR).  Before that Jon worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as an Information Technology consultant then change management consultant and for BOC Gases as a chemical engineer.

​With a BA in Psychology, an MBA and a Masters in Engineering he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
